RIOTT for Change is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consulting and learning firm. We help organizations eliminate inequities and create an environment of belonging for everyone. RIOTT for Change was born out of the need to change the game when it comes to the definition of success, everyday behaviors and sustainable impact for organizations who desire to become more inclusive. While success should be measurable, it should also be meaningful.
